Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

All orders ship directly from our fulfillment partner in China. We currently ship to the United States only. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Delivery typically takes 8–15 business days after dispatch, but transit times can vary because of customs processing and carrier delays, so please treat this as an estimate rather than a guarantee.

Shipping is a flat rate of $6.99 per order. Import duties and taxes are prepaid by us and included in your order total, so you will not be charged anything extra on delivery. Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses, but contact us right away if you spot a mistake and we will do our best to fix it before the order ships.

If your tracking has not updated for more than 15 days, or your order has not arrived within 40 days of dispatch, email us and we will investigate with the carrier and, if the parcel is confirmed lost, send a replacement or refund.

Returns & Refunds

Resin kits contain chemical products, so for safety and hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of opened or used kits. We also don't accept change-of-mind returns, because sending parcels back to China is rarely practical for the customer.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or with missing or incorrect items, email support@handlia.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method, and you do not need to ship anything back. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they are dispatched.

Safety Note

Our kits are intended for adults aged 18 and over. Please use gloves and work in a well-ventilated area, and keep all materials away from children and pets.
